Winter Potluck with Sonomaceuticals

The Food & Wine Leadership Association is excited to announce our winter potluck on February the 11th 2025. This is a unique opportunity to network and showcase your culinary talents. Inspired by the classic 90’s cooking show “Iron Chef” we are providing a secret ingredient to incorporate into your dish!
We are partnering with Sonomaceuticals, who is providing us WellVine, which uses Coastal Chardonnay grape marc (a byproduct of winemaking) to create a sustainable, nutrient-rich prebiotic supplement. It is an incredibly versatile product that promotes cardiovascular and digestive health which can be used in baked goods (like muffins or bread), energy bars and (most importantly) chocolate!
We are encouraging you to be creative and will provide WellVine to use in your recipes. Participants using the ingredient in their dish will also be entered into our raffle to win prizes! Please answer the questions in the sign up form and indicate if you are interested in using this up-cycled product in your dish.
This is an amazing chance to network amongst food & wine professionals in research, innovation, and business. We strongly encourage you to join us and experiment with this unique up-cycled food!
